KC Wine Co - Farm Policies

Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but shall not be limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.

  • Outside food/drink is strictly not allowed onto the premises

  • No pets

  • Groups larger than 10 require a pre-approved reservation by KC Wine Co. no later than 14 days in advance. KC Wine Co reserves the right to refuse any organized private gathering.

  • All paid tickets are non-refundable

  • KC Wine Co. is an adult only venue for responsible drinkers over the age of 21. Special exceptions made for private events.

  • Trailer/RV parking is not allowed

  • Balloons, decorations, flowers/ floral arrangements, table covers, table clothes, table decor and cakes are not allowed on the premises. Special exceptions made for private events.

  • We may photograph, videotape or record the image and/or voice of any persons who visit KC Wine Co and use the materials for any purpose without payment or royalties paid to any persons.

  • We reserve the right to deny admission or require a person to leave KC Wine Co without refund, liability or compensation for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior or for failure to comply with rules and regulations, in the sole discretion of KC Wine Co.

  • Photography, videotaping or recording by patrons for unapproved commercial purposes is strictly not allowed on the premises.

  • Patrons may not hold unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise. Patrons may not solicit money or donations for unauthorized activities.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://kcwineco.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
